A threshold session, scored rep by rep.

Adherence scoring

Stop asking how it went.

Every completed session is compared to the band that was set, one repetition at a time, through that runner’s own threshold on the day. You get a verdict on each rep — nailed it, on plan, partial, off plan, missed — and a score for the session.

So Monday starts with the answer instead of the question.

The Boston Marathon field running through Natick, ten miles in, crowds along both sides of the road

Everyone looks good at ten miles.

Structur tells you in week thirteen whether they will still be running at twenty.

Training blocks

The plan meets the athlete who turned up.

Encode your methodology as rules rather than a fixed twelve weeks. Four weeks in, Structur measures what actually happened — the missed Tuesday, the easy runs run hard — and rebuilds the rest of the block around it.

You stop rewriting plans by hand at eleven at night.

Four questions, about thirty seconds. It will tell you plainly if the answer is that you do not need this yet.

They press start. Everything comes back.

Structured sessions go to the watch whole — steps, repeats, pace and heart-rate targets, lap-button advances. Activity and health data returns on its own.

Nobody has to read a session off their phone at the track.

Readiness

Know before your legs tell you.

Sleep, heart-rate variability, resting heart rate and the load they have been carrying, resolved into one number with the reasoning shown rather than hidden.

You see the athlete cracking in week nine while there is still time to do something about it.

The business side

You are a coach, not a bookkeeper.

Sellable packages on a link you can post. Invoices with your own company details and VAT, numbered properly. Contracts, PAR-Q screening, revenue you can see. Paid through Stripe straight into your own account.

The half of coaching nobody else builds, and the half that decides whether it pays.

Start with your numbers.

Three calculators, free, no account. They run the same maths the product does.

One block. That is all it takes to know.

Put one week of real training through it and see what comes back. If it tells you nothing you did not already know, walk away.
